"CHILDREN DESERVE TO HEAR AND SING TRULY CHILD-FRIENDLY SONGS."

CHILDREN SONGS that are PRIMARILY COMPOSED for them, and us adults would love to hear them sing.  This is one of those "CHILDREN SONGS" that I am very much hopeful that, someday, they will be put into record album.

I know I'm but a child
Who doesn't know much
About life;
But I know I do have rights
Even though I'm just a child.

Chorus 1:
The Right to live, to be loved;
The Right to grow, to have dreams;
The Right to education, to showcase my talents;
The Right to see, to enjoy
The beauty of the world;
The Right to smile, to laugh,
To celebrate by childhood.

I know I'm but a child
Who may not have much say
In this land;
But I know I am loved by God
Even though I'm just a child.

Chorus 2:
(So) I pray for peace, for unity
For freedom, for equality;
I pray for love to reign
Over all the earth;
I pray for hope and happiness
In every heart and soul;
I pray that each child will have
A worthwhile childhood.
